The Team
Tunbridge Wells Care Centre prides itself on the high standard of care we give our residents which is provided by our friendly and caring staff team, twenty-four hours a day. At least fifty percent of our Healthcare Assistants are trained to either NVQ level 2 or level 3 in care, or are currently working towards these qualifications.

To me it was quite evident that regardless of the role, whether it might be nursing, caring, catering, office, housekeeping, maintenance or grounds, (my apologies for those I may not have included), everyone was totally committed and dedicated to caring not only for the residents but the relatives as well.
