Relatives & Residents Meeting

Relatives and residents meetings are held regularly and are chaired by the Manager; all residents and relatives are invited to attend. The running of the Home is discussed from the residents' point of view and all ideas are welcomed. Residents are encouraged to invite their advocate/family to attend with them. Relatives meetings have an innovative informal style to encourage frank and open discussion.
