Your Care Plan
All residents at Tunbridge Wells Care Centre will be assigned a qualified Registered Nurse who will draw up an individual care plan reviewing your needs and prescribing the care you should be receiving. You and your relatives can be involved in this process and it will be reviewed monthly or more frequently if there are changes in your condition.
